What we store

• About advocates and clerks: name, mobile number, language, and what you do in the app (an audit trail of adds, edits, sends).
• About clients: the name, WhatsApp number and language the advocate entered, the messages sent to them, and their replies if they write back.
• About cases: the case identifiers, court records, hearing lists and order documents fetched for the cases the advocate added, and the summaries prepared from them.

Where it comes from and where it goes

• Court records come from public court websites and from a licensed court-data provider. Only the cases an advocate added are fetched.
• Order documents are sent to an AI service (Anthropic) to prepare summaries. The service is instructed not to invent facts and its output is checked against the document. Documents are not used to train models.
• Messages to clients go through WhatsApp (Meta) or, during the pilot, are shown to the advocate only.
• Login codes go through an SMS provider.
• Everything is stored on a server in India, with encrypted disks and nightly backups.

Who can see what

An advocate and their clerk see only their own cases and clients. Another advocate cannot. Court cause lists are public and shared. The service operator can access data for support and safety, and every such access is logged.

Clients' rights

A client receives messages only after their advocate recorded their consent. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving updates. To see or delete the data held about you, ask your advocate or contact us.

Retention

Case data is kept while the advocate tracks the case. Backups are kept for fourteen days. An advocate can ask for their account and its data to be deleted at any time; we plan to add automatic deletion of long-closed cases.

No selling, no advertising

We do not sell data, do not show advertising, and do not use client or case data for anything other than running this service.
